The Britney Spears tour continues: Circus started out in the US in the spring and then moved over the Europe for a couple of months. It'll be back in the US in August for another run of shows before then moving over to Australia for her first tour there.
All the reports are that the show is just what we would have expected. Grand performances, a lot of dancing and showmanship and very little actual live music or singing. All of which is fine of course, as it's not as if we were expecting Britney Spears to have suddenly have devloped a great live singing voice.
As long as the publc is getting what they think they've paid for, why not? And is a great show with parts of it from tape are what they think they're going to get and that's what they do get, well, why not?
